Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e
**spécialiste de la mise en œuvre TI** qui est positif et proactif pour joindre notre équipe de TI en pleine croissance En tant que spécialiste de la mise en œuvre, vous travaillerez avec le directeur de l’informatique pour planifier, mettre en œuvre et coordonner l’intégration des logiciels de Victoria Park pour les sites nouveaux et existants. Cela peut inclure l’utilisation de personnel sélectionné de divers départements internes, ainsi que des ressources externes. Vos principales tâches comprendront, l’audit de la structure existante du matériel et des logiciels, la coordination et la collecte des informations nécessaires pour les nouvelles versions de logiciels, le travail avec la gestion locale et l’équipe de formation pour planifier et programmer la formation et les déploiements.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l’informatique, vous veillerez à ce que toutes les mises en œuvre suivent une liste de priorités et que toutes les échéances soient respectées.

**Responsabilités**:

- Créer des listes de priorité de toutes les tâches dans le flux de travail et assurer la conformité avec les autres exigences du projet.
- Auditer la structure existante et collecter les informations et la documentation nécessaires à la mise en œuvre, afin d’aider à gérer les attentes et à déterminer ce qui doit être modifié.
- Gérer tous les déploiements de logiciels des sites de Victoria Park, ainsi que les formations et les tests liés à l’informatique.
- Superviser les projets pour s’assurer qu’ils respectent le calendrier.
- Travailler avec les employés pour programmer et planifier toutes les formations, les mises à jour de logiciels et les tests de suivi.
- Communiquer avec le directeur des TI pour l’informer de l’état d’avancement de toutes les phases du déploiement.

- Expérience préalable en gestion de projets informatiques
- Excellent leadership, gestion du temps et compétences organisationnelles
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projet, soulignant le succès des mises en œuvre et du travail dans des délais et des budgets stricts.
- Fortes compétences relationnelles
- Forte connaissance de Microsoft office
- Connaissance de base de l’infrastructure d’un réseau
- Connaissance de base en matière d’exportation, de tri et de consolidation de données

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Implementation specialist to join our growing IT team As an
**IT Implementation Specialist**, you will work with the director of IT to plan, implement, and coordinate, Victoria Park’s software integrations for new and existing locations. This may include utilizing selected staff from various internal departments, as well as external resources. Your main duties will include, audit existing structure of hardware and software, coordinating and collecting information needed for new software releases, work with the local management and training team to plan and schedule training and rollouts.

Reporting to the director of IT, you will ensure all implementations follow a priority list and all deadlines are met.
