**Sommaire du poste - Analyste Réseau (Technicien Informatique)**:
Supérieur immédiat : Manager Technologie de l’information
L’analyste réseau participe à la mise en place et au maintien des services informatiques. Il fournit le support aux usagers en matière informatique et téléphonique. Il prépare et maintient les équipements informatiques pour les nouveaux employés ainsi que pour remplacer les équipements vieillissants. Il contribue au maintien d’un réseau stable et performant en participant aux projets d’infrastructure tout en respectant les délais, les coûts et la qualité de service attendue par les usagers et la direction. Il propose et recherche de nouvelles solutions, et coordonne ses efforts avec l’ensemble de l’équipe TI.
**Description des tâches ou des responsabilités**:
- Support aux utilisateurs et résolution des incidents- Fournir le support informatique niveau 1 et 2 aux usagers
- Usagers sur place et à distance
- Gestion des demandes par un systèmes de billetterie
- Environnement Windows
- Équipements audio/visuel
- Téléphonie IP et cellulaire- Contribue aux apprentissages des utilisateurs par le biais de formations et de rédaction de procédures destinées à les rendre plus autonomes et efficaces.
Gestion du parc informatique- Gérer le matériel informatique
- Maintenir l’inventaire des équipements informatiques affectés aux utilisateurs
- Installation et configuration de postes pour des nouveaux employés ou remplacement d’équipements vieillissants.
- Préparer les commandes afin de maintenir le niveau d’inventaire pour répondre aux besoins**Exigences**:
- Essentielles- Diplôme en informatique
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire - Technicien informatique
- Anglais et français lu, écrit et parlé
- Maîtrise des environnement Windows et Office 365
- Important:
- Expérience avec un système de billetterie de support
- Attitude axée sur le service à la clientèle
- Expérience de recherche et dépannage
- Connaissances de SCCM et/ou MDT
- Connaissances de solution MDM (InTune), MFA et VPN
- Atouts:
- Expérience avec Active Directory
- Connaissance du processus SCRUM / AGILE
- Certification Microsoft
- Connaissances VoIP

The network analyst participates in the implementation and maintenance of IT services. It provides support to users in computer and telephone matters.
