**Wage**: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
**Timeline**:Part-time, permanent
**Work schedule**: Work time is flexible but would typically take 20 hours per week, with the option to work from home on a hybrid basis in coordination with your supervisor.

We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team in Oakbank. As Pier Solutions’ executive assistant, you will be tasked with assisting the company president and other executives with administrative responsibilities. Reporting to the company president, your duties will include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of company executives
- Writing and formatting project proposals
- Gathering submittals for proposals and ensuring deadlines are met
- Preparing for meetings, including putting together presentations and attending to logistics
- Coordinating travel arrangements and creating travel itineraries
- Assisting with planning company events
- Providing general office administrative support where needed.

Tasks associated with this role may be altered at the discretion of your supervisor.

**Education and Experience**
- Three to five years of administrative experience, preferably at the executive level
- Completion of a degree or diploma program, preferably with a focus in professional writing

**Skills and Competencies**
- Outstanding writing, formatting, and drafting skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to address details and examine work carefully for accuracy and completion
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- A valid drivers’ license is a requirement

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
