E-commerce Merchandiser

**What You'll Do;**

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser at Team Town Sports (TTS), you will be critical in optimizing our online store's product presentation and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Team Town Sports is Sporting Life Group's (SLG) newest banner, bringing top-quality team sports equipment nationwide. Since our launch in 2023, we have seen rapid growth, serving our customers' needs at one of our four store locations or our E-commerce site. To support this growth, we are adding two additional e-commerce merchandisers to our current team. To ultimately enhance our e-commerce operations and significantly impact our digital retail success.

Within this role, you will utilize Sales Force Commerce Cloud merchandising, managing and merchandising products on our e-commerce platform with great attention to detail to correctly and effectively optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Working with our E-Commerce Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with the broader marketing, design, and category buying teams, building and executing marketing campaigns, curating collections, products and digital assets to engage customers, and driving sales while maintaining brand consistency and aesthetics.
- Regularly analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and cart abandonment rates, using that data to provide insights to optimize product placements and increase conversions.
- Collaborating with the catalogue content team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, facilitating a rich search experience.
- Optimize search by maintaining and enhancing site navigation paths, facets, and keyword search results, ensuring the online store creatively reflects Team Towns Sport's entire product assortment.
- Ensure seasonal buying themes are represented in product groupings and site displays.
- Continuously show a high level of detail when conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience.
- Promote our Team Town Sports Philosophy in all aspects of the business.

**What You'll Bring;**
- A love of sport, fashion and a healthy, active lifestyle, with knowledge and understanding of team sports.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in business or marketing.
- Experience working in similar e-commerce, UX or Marketing Roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Comfortable with HTML and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to achieve results in a constantly changing environment with the ability to learn and work with technology quickly.
