**THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Responsible for leading and executing all website operations including: product catalogue management, weekly coordination of content and promotional execution, category site-merchandising and weekly analytical reporting.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to secure product catalogue assets (web-friendly product images and product content) and guide them in best-in-class online content.
- Analyze website data and analytics to generate insights and opportunities to improve site-merchandising.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on product catalogue management and weekly promotional execution.
- Support the eCommerce Lead in digital product tool execution; focus on improving tool capabilities and executing on initiatives within the tools.
- Ensure online product catalogue copy and website copy meet all SEO standards; provide recommendations to improve SEO experience online with Digital Centre of Excellence team.
- Create and execute brand campaigns and category shop experiences online; work alongside cross-functional teams to align on wireframes, source required content/copy, launch online and report on performance.
- Support eCommerce Lead in homepage planning and ensure weekly seamless execution.
- As required, participate in eCommerce special projects and new initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations, and/or relevant field of study
- 1-3 years experience in eCommerce or site-merchandising role
- Experience working with content management systems and eCommerce backend systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience an asset)
- Strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem-solving skills (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience an asset)
- Understanding and experience in SEO
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Comfortable with HTML and Photoshop
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload in order to achieve results in a constantly changing environment
