**Product Manager**

EAGLE VIZION specializes in custom optical sorting machines and solutions for a variety of industries, such as Plastic Flake, Metals, Minerals, Organic Materials, Fibers, and more. Their software supplies real-time data, statistics, and alerts, as well as a built-in intelligence system to optimize the production and support for any industry to help in their decision-making.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The product manager will be responsible of the continuing growth of a mature product line. Amongst other things, the manager will be responsible of quotation follow-up, post sales service and parts, product delivery schedule and coordinating commissioning. The manager will bring back any feedback to Engineering and R&D for future improvements.

**JOB TYPE & SALARY**
- Full-time, Permanent
- To be discussed based on experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant discipline
- And/or a technician (DEP)
- 5-10 years in technical sales or technical support, preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestic and internationally.
- Bilingual (English both spoken and written is a must)

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- **Sales support**

Must be capable of writing up proposals and meet with customers in help to the sales force.
- **Quality assurance and maintenance procedures**

The ability to write up procedures for technicians and customers on product support.
- **Coordinate deliverables between the shop and the sales**

Collaborate closely with the sales, manufacturing, and buyers to ensure a delivery of products.
- **Maintenance and repair**

Capable of coordinating and dispatching the service calls to the appropriate departments and ensure proper service is provided to the customers.

DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

Le chef de produit sera responsable de la croissance continue d’une ligne de produits présent sur le marché. Le responsable sera notamment responsable du suivi des devis, du service après-vente et des pièces, du calendrier de livraison des produits et de la coordination de la mise en service. Le gestionnaire transmettra toute rétroaction et avis des clients à l’équipe Ingénierie et R et D pour les améliorations futures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BAC en génie mécanique/électrique ou dans une discipline pertinente (DEP)
- De 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la vente technique ou le support technique, de préférence.
- Capacité et volonté de voyager au pays et à l’étranger.
- Bilingue (l’anglais parlé et écrit est obligatoire)

CONNAISSANCE:

- **Soutien aux ventes**

Doit être capable de rédiger des propositions et de rencontrer des clients pour aider à renforcer les ventes.
- **Établir et suivie des procédures d’assurance qualité et de maintenance**

La possibilité de rédiger des procédures pour les techniciens et les clients sur le support produit.
- **Coordonner les livrables entre le magasin et les ventes**

Collaborer étroitement avec les ventes, la fabrication et les acheteurs pour assurer une livraison des produits.
- **Entretien et réparation des équipements**

Capable de coordonner et d’envoyer les appels de service aux services appropriés et d’assurer un service approprié aux clients.

- Communication efficace
- Capacité d’analyse, d’interprétation des données et de formulation de recommandations à l’équipe d’ingénierie et à la direction.
- Être autonome et capable de diriger notre équipe pour atteindre les objectifs.
- Capacité à planifier et à hiérarchiser les livrables dans un marché en constante évolution.
