**Scope of position**:
**Key Function & Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the development and implementation of change management strategies in line with the corporate change management practice
- Act as a coach for senior leaders to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor
- Manage change plans for AI solution development initiatives and acts as a key link to people, communications, learning and development teams
- Monitor and report on risks to successful implementation
- Ensure effective communication plans related to change management
- Collaborate with business sponsors and leads to assess change impact throughout the implementation of AI initiatives
- Responsible for developing and embedding change management and communication principles, processes and plans into business outcomes.
- Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process.
- Obtain approval from process owners and sponsors on initiative change management plans.
- Effectively manage stakeholders to proactively identify roadblocks and ensure alignment and support
- Develop and execute change management project plans.
- Ensure key performance indicators related to change management are identified, and targets are attained
- Continuous update and review of the Cargo change management playbook
- Plan activities to ensure a continuous improvement of the change management practice
- Serve as a change agent; foster a spirit of communication, collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization by leveraging new or existing best practices and tools**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Change management certification preferred (i.e. CCMP, Prosci)
- Project management experience (i.e. PMP)
- 5 or more years of related experience in leading change management and communications for large corporate and/or technological initiatives
- Strong communications, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong team orientation
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and analytical abilities
- A strong understanding of technologies, project delivery and continuous integration and delivery processes
