We are looking for a **Production Worker** to join our Production team

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work with extreme temperatures, hot and humid cheese cooking rooms (over 40C), and cooler brining room (under 4C).

- Must be responsible, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Must be able to organize and adjust to whatever changes may occur during your shift.
- Duties may be reassigned due to sickness, vacation, compensation or absenteeism, must be versatile.
- You are able to lift 25 kg.

**S*_**kills & Experience*_
- Minimum of 2 years related production experience in an industrial plant preferred.
- Must be able to achieve a working knowledge of production, housekeeping, sanitation.
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- You have excellent performance and attendance records.
- Knowledge of HACCP, programs, and housekeeping an asset

- Commitment to on-going personal development within the organization

**Things you will do**
- Setting up equipment, changing over product, and maintaining a clean working environment
- Scheduling and coordinating staff break.
- Participate in routine production activities and ensure the quality of work/product meets company standards by taking appropriate actions.
- Act as liaison between team and Supervisors and act as a temporary Supervisor in their absence
- Communicate with appropriate stakeholders about production updates, requests, issues and more.
- Follow all given instructions including work and safety procedures, policies, or standards.

**OTHER **
- Available to work flexible shifts, holidays, weekends, and be on-call, as the job requires.
- Shift times: variable between 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
