Who We Are:
At Northland, we’re enablers of change, united by our journey to transform the energy sector into the foundation for a sustainable future.

- Develop a deep understanding of the characteristics of Northland’s investment portfolio and regional growth strategies, our corporate strategy, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify and make recommendations vis-à-vis potential partnership opportunities.
- Regularly monitor the status of existing strategic partnerships using agreed upon metrics, periodically survey the entire portfolio to report learnings from the relative health and impact of each partnership.
- Prepare and present findings, proposals, and ongoing updates to Northland’s Investment Committee and the executive management team.
- Actively research the M&A deals prevalent in each market Northland operates and maintain a database of the deal metrics.
- Support other initiatives as needed.
