Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking an experienced data analyst to join the Genuine Analytics team. The Genuine team interacts with millions of users and tests rapidly across many different channels with the goal of educating and converting non-paid users to paid.

The Genuine team was created recently when technology and data science caught up to the piracy problem and we got a real look at the size of the opportunity. We began experimenting with new, digital methods to identify, engage, and convert people using invalid software licenses into Autodesk subscribers. It worked. We proved we could generate revenue. Now, we’re in the process of scaling the Genuine Software business and need your help.

**Responsibilities**:
- You have a growth mindset. You will identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using data analysis and data mining to make strategic or tactical recommendations- You will support analytics and provide critical insights around product usage, campaign performance, funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth- You will build ad-hoc analysis, long-term projects, reports and dashboards to find new insights and to measure progress in key initiatives- You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs- You will partner with different teams within the organization to understand business needs and requirements- You will deliver presentations that will distill complex problems into clear insights

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field- 5+ years of experience in data analysis role- 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and visualization tool like Tableau/Looker/PowerBI- A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation- Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity. You should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation- Self-starter and adaptable. You’re energized and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong skills in BI tools and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI a plus

Preferred Qualifications- Skilled in using data mining techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning- Experienced with AWS and proficient in coding with Spark/PySpark- Familiar with Airflow for workflow management- Possess a relevant background in digital marketing, sales, and/or strategy- Able to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, matrix environment

L’équipe Genuine interagit avec les utilisateurs et effectue des tests rapides sur de nombreux canaux dans le but d’éduquer et de convertir les utilisateurs non payants en utilisateurs payants.

Les personnes les plus compétentes seront capables de combiner une approche détaillée, systématique et structurée de l'analyse avec la flexibilité nécessaire pour répondre rapidement à de nouvelles occasions dans le cadre d'un programme qui évolue rapidement et qui est constamment en train de se développer et de découvrir de nouvelles possibilités. Les analystes intéressé(e)s par la création de valeur dans un environnement agile de « marketing de croissance » dans le cadre de la production d’analyses de haute qualité consommées par les cadres supérieurs sont d'excellentes personnes pour ce poste.
