**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Human Resources** **Coordinator, Employee Services **for our** human resources department, **the role is** hybrid **working from our **Senneville **location. With opportunities to work from home a few days a week.

The following are responsibilities related to Human Resources Coordinator - Employee Services position:

- Responsible for disability case management.
- Responsible for overseeing & entering employee data in the HRIS system, while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Offer HR support and advice to employees on various HR topics: HR policies and programs such as benefits, retirement and savings plan, etc.
- Respond to employee queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies.
- Administrative onboarding tasks and delivery of new hire presentation for benefits.
- Complete administrative tasks for HR processes including but not limited to, benefits, retirement & savings plan, wellness initiatives, recognition program, training, confirmation of employment letters etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.

**Job Qualifications**:
The following are the qualifications related to the Human Resources Coordinator - Employee Services position:

- HR Degree/Diploma or other relevant degree.
- 1 to 3 years of HR or relevant experience in HR.
- Solid customer service experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using an HRIS (Success Factors) or other HR systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, following processes and actioning requests in an accurate, timely and customer-centric manner.
- Ability to show insight and good judgement and provide sound solutions and decisions.
- Bilingualism (French/English) written and spoken is required.
