Founded in 1892, ROBIC is an internationally renowned firm bringing together professionals with diverse skills, including lawyers, scientists, and engineers specializing in intellectual property and business law.

**We are looking for a paralegal to join our trademark team.**Our trademark paralegals are a team of 9 people who work closely with a coordinator and the team supervisor, as well as some of the most respected intellectual property lawyers in CANADA.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicate with foreign correspondents and clients (in French and English);
- Verify the status of different files and prepare summary reports;
- Follow up on trademark files and manage deadlines;
- Conduct legal research (using traditional tools, databases, or the Internet);
- Draft certain procedural documents to submit to the Trademark Office, including arguments;
- Develop strategies for the adoption, protection, development, and exploitation of trademarks;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- College diploma in paralegal technolology (or equivalent);
- Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written;
- Experience as a paralegal (an asset).
