The Intern - Electrical will assist engineers and engineering staff in various project support roles for stormwater management and channel works projects.

Our Water Sector is seeking an Intern to join our team in the Vaughn, ON office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide design services for water and wastewater projects for underground infrastructure project.
- Adhere to quality management processes and obtain all necessary approvals.
- Assist the project team with delivering projects (Studies and Detailed Design) to meet schedule and client deliverables.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects through to completion.
- Create conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering design documents such as reports, calculations drawings, specifications and cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
- Success in supporting teams with a results-driven approach while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Participate in BUILD activities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil3D and/or ArcGIS an asset.
