**Overview**

DEI Consulting Engineers is a professional mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm providing services to architects and building owners in the building service industry since 1999. With a comprehensive list of completed projects ranging from residential, education, institutional, recreational, and commercial, DEI Consulting Engineers has the experience to provide full service mechanical and electrical consulting for any building.

DEI Consulting Engineer's client base includes school boards, universities, regional government agencies, private owners, etc. A sampling of buildings that services are provided would include public schools (new construction and renovations), residential condominiums and apartments, industrial facilities, retail interior fit-ups, office buildings, chain stores, etc.

DEI Consulting Engineer's goal is to hire a Mechanical Project Manager (Contract Administration) looking to develop and continue their career in the building service industry. DEI Consulting Engineers is looking to grow their mechanical project management team by adding a competent, driven, and self-motivated individual that will represent DEI Consulting Engineers as the main point of contact for our Mechanical Team for projects in construction. Responsibilities will include visiting sites, preparing site reviews noting progress, workmanship, specific site concerns, and deficiencies, shop drawing review, review of monthly draws and other change costs, participation in resolving site problems and issues, and coordination with our internal mechanical design team.

This position would require the individual to travel to multiple sites throughout the week across Ontario. Travel to sites in other provinces across Canada would also be required. A flexible Monday to Friday schedule would be required to suit specific project requirements.

Pay: $39.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
