The Oxford Group, managed with pride, is looking for a rental and administration agent ( Part time ) for one of its residential rental complexes in Montreal.

**Your responsibilities**:
Encourages potential residents, makes visits, makes sure to complete administrative files (leases, forms, etc.) and must rent the apartments.

Develops development strategies in order to achieve a maximum occupancy rate while ensuring compliance with the company's requirements.

Participate in courtesy or satisfaction calls to residents. Participate, if necessary, in open days.

Foster a strong service-oriented culture among all employees.

Promote a strong community spirit.

**To be successful in this role**:
Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays 10am/11am-5pm/6pm) and 1 or 2 days (flexible based on business needs) on weekdays 9am - 5pm.

Skilled and dynamic communicator, the person must have a customer service-oriented approach as well as excellent communication skills, sales or real estate an asset.

The person must respond courteously to customers and according to company policy.
