Barrie, Canada Plumbtech Plumbing Inc. Full time

purchase goods, materials, components or services in-line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- accurately place orders based on our consumption and inventory levels
- act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchases
- conduct research for new components and suppliers
- contact suppliers to resolve price, quantity, quality or invoice issues
- maintain supplier relationship and keep in good standing
- ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
- efficiently help customers (internally and externally) with the highest level of service
- be analytical and numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- have a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- assist dispatch with service calls
- assist answer the phone and booking service calls
- book backflow calls and submit reports to cities/towns
- take on other responsibilities as assigned
