**OVERVIEW**

You will be an integral part of SPINVFX, reporting to multiple executives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining and coordinating a complex and constantly changing calendar, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparation of meeting materials and related tasks
- Following up on action items assigned to staff other than the HOP and HOCG
- Communicating directly, and on behalf of the HOP and HOCG, with internal and external stakeholders and provide reliable and timely resolution to inquiries
- Composing and preparing material for the HOP and HOCG
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A university degree (ideally with a focus in Corporate Communication)
- The ability to operate with confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders
- Experience working with Shotgun is a bonus
- A proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced organization that is constantly changing and has multiple competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and an energetic demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and sharp focus on keeping track of commitments and responsibilities
- A sense of urgency and work well under pressure and time constraints
