This role is an internship role that will be based out of our Canadian head office in Mississauga Ontario. We have a hybrid work model with employees expected to be in the office 3 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely for the other 2 days.

As the Vision Care Marketing intern, you will:

- Lead development of several projects.
- Provide analysis of marketing dynamics identifying areas of opportunities.
- Help provide strategic input into marketing plan development.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the development and approval of marketing collateral.
- Participate in the day-to-day brand management of the Vision Care portfolio.
- Education: Minimum: University undergrad diploma - business administration, commerce, science, sales, marketing; Currently enrolled in a Master’s level program; MBA - Business/Marketing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with an ability to lead without authority.
- Sound strategic thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (French would be an asset).
- Strong computer skills.
- Science background is preferred.
- Project management skills / detail oriented.
