What Will You Do?
- Responsibilities would include shunting entire fleet in and out of the bay for washing.
- Cleaning the exterior of Tractors, Straight Trucks, and Trailers. Cleaning and disinfecting and de-odorizing the interiors of Trailers and the Straight Truck boxes.
- Cleaning and detailing the inside of cabs when required
- Perform reefer checks when required. Ensure reefers are set to appropriate temperatures. Complete appropriate report and pass onto shop and dispatch.
- Fuel Trucks and Trailers when required.
- Pick-up debris in yard. ex: trailer seals, bolts, nails, sticks, garbage laying on ground.
- Ensure that all the paperwork required from your shift is completed and turned in for HACCP Enter washes into the satellite.
- Complete a circle check for all equipment used throughout the shift.
- Willing to work safely and make safety a priority. Adhere to safety policies and regulations, as well as engage in best practice of safety initiatives.
- All other duties as required.

- Basic Computer knowledge required
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills, essential
- Team player and positive attitude
- Past experience in shunting preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
