**Position Summary**:
The Flex Billing Clerk Summer Student plays a critical role in supporting Billing Reps with processing FMA invoices and timely and accurate billing to Dealers.

**What you’ll do**
- Timely processing of incoming invoices from vendors.
- Timely and accurate processing of Excel uploads to the Flex and Rebate Central systems.
- Assist Payment Reps with FMA vendors inquiries and issues.
- Support Billing Reps with processing debit and credit adjustments
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, Marketing, Accounts Payable, and Finance to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support Billing Reps with reconciling vendor statements to Canadian Tire Corporation records to identify any discrepancies or outstanding issues
- Daily invoice preparation to third party scanning facility
- Support Team Lead and Manager’s initiatives by working on special projects or other tasks as assigned

**What You've Done**
- Undertaking a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Executed ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Experience with data entry
- Proven to be a detail-oriented, organized individual who can be a self-starter
