**1. Multi-Platform Strategy Development and Execution**
- **YouTube**: Develop and execute a content strategy focused on video storytelling, educational content, and behind-the-scenes insights that leverage YouTube’s strengths in long-form video content. Incorporate SEO best practices for video titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance discoverability.
- **LinkedIn**: Tailor strategies to engage a professional audience, focusing on industry news, company achievements, and thought leadership content. Utilize LinkedIn’s publishing and networking features to foster B2B relationships and drive engagement among industry professionals.
- **Facebook**: Create a versatile content strategy that leverages Facebook’s diverse tools, including posts, stories, live videos, and groups. Focus on building community through engaging content, interactive polls, and discussion threads to foster a sense of belonging among followers.
- **Instagram**: Leverage Instagram’s visual and interactive features, such as posts, stories, IGTV, and Reels, to create a visually cohesive brand aesthetic and engage with users through visually driven storytelling, user-generated content, and influencer collaborations.
- **Twitter**: Implement a strategy that takes advantage of Twitter’s real-time communication strengths. Focus on timely content, industry news, quick updates, and active engagement with followers through tweets, retweets, and hashtags to boost visibility and drive conversations.

**2. Strategy Development and Copywriting**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, brand identity, and audience's interests, incorporating persuasive copywriting techniques to craft messages that resonate and convert.
- Utilize copywriting skills to define the brand’s voice across social platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in all communications.
- Conduct audience research to understand their preferences, pain points, and motivations, using these insights to tailor copy that engages and inspires action.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and copywriting best practices to ensure Secret Media Co's content remains relevant, innovative, and compelling.

**3. Content Creation and Management**
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging, high-quality content, employing stellar copywriting skills to produce captivating posts, stories, video scripts, and live sessions that reflect the brand’s voice and appeal to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that visuals complement the copy, creating a cohesive and brand-consistent message across all content.
- Manage the social media content calendar, integrating copywriting principles to plan and execute a strategic mix of promotional, educational, and entertaining content.

**4. Engagement and Community Building**
- Enhance engagement strategies with creative copywriting, crafting calls-to-action, and interactive content that encourages participation and community interaction.
- Use copywriting techniques to respond to customer comments, questions, and feedback, ensuring communications are on-brand, empathetic, and designed to foster positive relationships.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**
- Generate reports that not only present data but also tell the story of the social media strategy’s performance, using persuasive copy to highlight successes and outline areas for improvement.

**6. Collaboration and Leadership**
- Infuse copywriting excellence into the collaborative process, working with the marketing team to ensure all campaign messaging is cohesive, compelling, and effectively integrated across platforms.
- Guide and mentor junior staff in copywriting best practices, enhancing the team’s overall ability to produce engaging content.

**7. Brand Advocacy and Crisis Management**
- Leverage copywriting skills to advocate for the brand’s values and mission, crafting messages that resonate deeply with the audience and inspire brand loyalty.
- Prepare and implement crisis communication plans with strategic copywriting at their core, ensuring responses are well-crafted to maintain the brand’s reputation.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
