**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular, low-profile patrols to ensure the safety of customers and protection of store assets.
- Operate and monitor advanced surveillance systems with precision to oversee store activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Uphold store policies while enhancing the exclusive customer experience aligned with the brand’s reputation.
- Provide discreet customer assistance, fostering a secure and welcoming shopping atmosphere.
- Detect and deter theft by implementing effective loss prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed, demonstrating professionalism and tact.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in security, particularly in loss prevention.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Expertise in surveillance equipment and monitoring techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential security risks.
- Calm and reliable, capable of managing high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Security certification or specialized training in loss prevention is mandatory.

Expected hours: 30 per week

- Loss prevention: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
