F45 Paris - a functional group training studio, will be opening in the coming months. We are looking for a responsible leader to manage the studio, drive membership trial, and create an unforgettable F45 experience for all members. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
- Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses (grassroots marketing)
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Work collaboratively with franchisee and management to ensure smooth and cohesive operations
- Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
- Manage entire sales process
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Drive client referral program
- Facilitate community/member events
- Attend all sales and training meetings

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years previous sales experience
- Familiar with F45, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
