Painting Manager

**Descriptif**:
Our Business Unit **Ortec Environment Services based in Sarnia** is looking for a **Manager who supervise all the industrial painting activity**, for a **permanent position**.

Your main tasks and responsabilities will be:

- Develop a commercial approach,
- Ensure the costing of painting activities
- Do the follow-up of the activities and the workload plan
- Check the financial follow-up of activities
- Manage the operational teams
- Define the operating methods and means
- Verify the quality assurance of painting
- Define the painting system in accordance with the regulations, and submit the appropriate procedures
- Be responsible for the Health&Safety of your department

**Description du profil**:
You have a formation and at least 5 years of experience in the industrial painting field.

A NACE certification or equivalent is required for the position, and also som computer skills.

You have strong interpersonal skills, a mindset oriented Health-Safety-Quality, a good team spirit and some ability to manage a team.
