Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for a **Food Services Manager **to join our team for the summer and fall season **Availability: May 16th until October 31st**

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years previous management experience leading a full-service high-volume restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
- Possess proven leadership abilities for teams of 30 or more
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide and maintain a positive, safe, and energetic environment where all staff work as a highly functioning team
- Monitor and hold staff accountable for their performance ensuring guest’s experiences meet the highest standards
- Review and monitor staffing levels and overall front and back of house schedules to ensure labour forecasts are being met weekly and daily
- Ongoing training and development for staff at all levels
- Assist Human Resources to recruit staff
- Fill in where needed and/or find coverage, must be able to work all roles
- Weekly sales reconciliation
