**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Part-Time Professor, Bioscience Program

**Status**: Part-time teaching contract (1-6 hrs/week)

**Faculty/Department**: Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness

**Campus/Location**: North Campus, In-person

**Salary**: Academic starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.

**What you will do**:
Responsibilities may also include facilitating the functioning of labs and tutorials within the Bioscience department.

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**:

- Must hold a Graduate Degree in Anatomy and Physiology.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience of at least 4 years, preferably at the post-secondary level.
- Previous experience in curriculum development, coaching, working with mature adults, volunteer coordination, outcomes-based education, flexible learning, Blackboard, Banner, classroom management, and/or accommodation/human rights is an asset.

Additional competencies include, but are not limited to, strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to teaching excellence, student success and inclusive teaching practices (i.e. Universal Design for Learning).
