STIHL Limitée, une filiale d’ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG en Allemagne est un chef de file dans la distribution de scies à chaîne et de dispositifs à moteur pour l’extérieur au Canada. Nous avons une ouverture immédiate pour un poste de **Gérant régional, Bois-Francs, Beauce, Bellechasse, Bas du Fleuve, Gaspésie et Nord-Est du Nouveau-Brunswick.** Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein qui travaille à distance et relève du Directeur des ventes, Québec et Est du Canada.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Travailler avec notre réseau de détaillants pour s’assurer qu’ils disposent d’un approvisionnement suffisant et approprié de produits STIHL pour leurs marchés respectifs
- Aider notre réseau de détaillants avec des initiatives de croissance des ventes et un soutien publicitaire
- Développer des contacts avec des utilisateurs finaux comme des entrepreneurs en construction, des paysagistes, des organisations municipales et des agences gouvernementales
- Remplir des rapports de visite, des rapports de voyage et d’autres rapports internes à intervalles réguliers
- Organiser des sessions de formation sur les produits pour des groupes d’utilisateurs ciblés et des membres du personnel des détaillants
- Gérer un territoire avec environ 75 à 100 nuitées à l’extérieur par an
- Soutenir les initiatives de croissance de l’entreprise en gérant la couverture du réseau de détaillants dans le territoire assigné en recommandant des changements au besoin
- Maintenir un contact étroit avec le département du crédit en se tenant au courant des développements du marché et des détaillants et aider si nécessaire
- Doit être prêt à se déplacer sur le territoire. Certains quarts de travail de fin de semaine et de soir sont requis. Véhicule d’entreprise fourni pour parcourir environ 50 000 km/an.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Connaissance des produits STIHL
- Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie des équipements motorisés d’extérieur
- Expérience en vente et en gestion des relations
- Expérience dans l’animation de sessions de formation sur les produits pour des groupes
- Excellentes aptitudes d’organisation
- De fortes compétences interpersonnelles, démontrer de l’initiative et la polyvalence sont essentielles
- Expérience avec la suite Microsoft Office un atout
- Bilinguisme anglais et français (écrit et oral)

STIHL Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Germany, is a leader in the distribution of chain saws and handheld outdoor power equipment in Canada. We have an immediate opening for a **Regional Manager in Quebec. The Territory includes Gaspesie, Beauce, Bois-Francs, Bellechasse, Bas du Fleuve and North Eastern New Brunswick.** This is a full-time permanent position working remotely and reports to the Sales Manager, Quebec & Eastern Canada.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work with our dealer network to ensure they have sufficient and appropriate supply of STIHL products for their respective markets
- Assist our dealer network with sales growth initiatives & advertising support
- Develop end-user contacts with construction contractors, landscapers, municipal organizations and government agencies
- Prepare field reports, trip reports and other internal reporting at regular intervals
- Conduct product training sessions to targeted user groups and dealership staff members
- Manage territory with approximately 75-100 overnights per year
- Support corporate growth initiatives by managing dealer network coverage in the assigned territory recommending changes as required
- Maintain close contact with Credit department keeping up to date on market and dealer developments and assist as necessary
- Must be willing to travel within the territory. Some weekend work and evenings is required. Company vehicle provided to travel approximately 50,000 km/year.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Knowledge of STIHL products
- Extensive knowledge of the outdoor power equipment industry
- Previous sales experience & relationship management experience
- Experience with conducting product training sessions for groups of people
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential
- Experience with Microsoft
