**Duties**:
The main tasks of the Project Management Team Leader are:

- Oversee the multidisciplinary teamwork of technicians in different areas of construction and

property management.
- Manage construction or fit-up projects.
- Develop solutions and concepts.
- Provide technical advices.
- Supervise construction works.

Diploma from a *recognized post-secondary institution in the field of civil engineering technology, or architecture technology, or building engineering technology or in another discipline related to the duties of the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Recognized post-secondary institution : A public or private institution that has been given authority to grant degrees, diplomas, and other credentials by a public or private act of a provincial/territorial legislature or through a government-mandated quality assurance mechanism. For greater certainty, also included are institutions authorized to grant specific academic credentials for specific academic programs.

EXP 1 A minimum of five (5) years of *recent** experience in the direct management of construction and fit-up projects including managing schedules, budgets, scope requirements, with multidisciplinary consultants, internal and external collaborators and specialists, and quality assurance of the work.
EXP 2: Experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams **.

Definitions:

- "At least five (5) years of experience" is defined as five years acquired in a work experience or an internship.

**"Recent" generally refers to approximately five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years from the date of reply to this advertisement.
** Multidisciplinary project teams are defined as teams such as consultants or contractors.
