The Program Preparedness Analysts primary role is to ensure that all of AFSC’s programs are delivered with a high level of quality as required by clients and staff. These team members will list, assign, track, monitor, maintain and communicate tasks within Azure DevOps (ADO) and an agile framework. The role is crucial to ensuring AFSC existing and new products are prepared for delivery on time and with a high level of accuracy.

What will you be responsible for?
- Identify tasks, timelines and responsible departments in the development and maintenance of processes.
- Monitor the flow of preparedness activities and continuously look for ways to streamline and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Provide reporting on preparedness status to multiple stakeholders and other activities as requested.
- Analyze the impact of disruptions to the preparedness process and adjust as needed.
- Ensure completion of tasks assigned to and overseen by the preparedness team.
- Work closely with various AFSC teams including, but not limited to, Product Coordinators/Owners, Digital Services, Processing and Verification, Actuarial, Business Intelligence, Pricing, and Client Services to gather information, arrive at agreement to a direction creating and implementing operational plans and processes relating to product preparedness.
- Ensure preparedness activities are understood, that there is agreement and commitment from the various stakeholders.
- Behaves as an influential leader in the Product Innovation team, as well as the multiple other teams we collaborate with.
- From time-to-time Preparedness Analysts will be asked to lead and participate in project work including AgriRecovery preparedness.
