Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' recreational preferences and requirements.
- Provide product information and educate customers on the features and benefits of various RV models.
- Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate RV models to showcase their features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the financing department to assist customers in securing suitable financing options.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest RV models, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve individual and team goals.
- Documentation and Administration:
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently for sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
- Share insights and best practices to contribute to the success of the sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive, marine or recreational vehicle industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge and passion for recreational vehicles and outdoor lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
