General Construction Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
**Duties**:
- Assist with the construction and renovation of buildings and other structures
- Complete projects such as decks, fences, renovations, and new construction builds from start to finish
- Perform various manual labour tasks such as digging trenches, carrying materials and operating hand/power tools
- Follow construction plans and schematics to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate protective gear
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schematics
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum construction experience of 5+ years required
