**Summary**:
Accurate HD is looking for a Maxi Rig Drill Crew to join the team From Rig Manager to Driller we are adding to the team.

**Job Duties Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage operations on site, including but not limited to oversee crew and daily tasks, clear communication, mentor, train, manage performance
- Plan, organize and distribute daily tasks as per the designated work sequence
- Clear and regular communication with office, contractors, and third parties
- Maintain a safe work site, including training, monitoring conditions of the site, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
- Complete all necessary paperwork including but not limited to daily logs, hazard assessments, and incident reports.
- Ensure all locates and permits are onsite prior to the start or work
- Ensure all work is compliance with installation standards
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience operating a Maxi Rig drill or equivalent 100,000lb or bigger drill
- 5+ years’ experience mixing mud for a Maxi Rig drill
- 3+ years managing a Max Rig drill site
- Understanding of wire line equipment & steering equipment
- Ability to read locate maps and construction plans considered an asset
- Valid drivers license, Class 1 - 3 with air brakes is considered an asset
- Willing to work an out-of-town schedule or overnight schedule is considered an asset
- Experience working with underground utilities is considered an asset
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position; standing, sitting, lifting, etc. for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Safety-first attitude
- Provide: must have hard hat, high visibility vest, CSA approved steel-toed safety boots/shoes
