Department Overview At Motorola Solutions we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing advanced artificial intelligence AI technologies and products that are used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer. Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions company, designs, develops, and manufactures advanced AI, video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions that help change the way people interact with their security systems.

Our coops dont wash cars or do coffee runs. They also dont work on side projects. Our coops are treated like full team members and are given the opportunity to learn what managing a technology partner ecosystem is like in the real world. Youll have the opportunity to learn and implement best practices in technology partner ecosystem management, partner support, and the technology integration life cycle.
**Job Description**:
As part of the Product Management team, you will focus on our customers needs in the area of third party technology integrations and take an active role in our continuous efforts to optimize the technology partner experience, from onboarding, to integration development, through to ongoing comarketing and support of integrations.

Duties

Produce new partner program assets to optimize the integration developer experience

Work with teammates to develop new and informative ways to collect and visualize developer and partner data

Report on and assist in crafting a communications plan for our developers and partners based on insights gathered

Develop targeted outreach campaigns to recruit high priority potential integration partners

Support related activities including new partner vetting and onboarding, partner support and partner integration marketing

**Qualifications**:
Ability to understand complex business topics

Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to details

Strong organizational, multitasking and project management skills

Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exposure to partner ecosystems

Ability to learn and work independently, remotely, and effectively with mínimal supervision

Nice to have

Exposure to software integrations, APIs or developer forums

Exposure to inhouse tools such as Salesforce

Exposure to reporting tools

Exposure to product management processes and tools
