Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake interviews with clients to assess their needs and determine eligibility for services
- Develop and implement case plans to address clients' needs and goals
- Provide counseling and support to clients to help them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes
- Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to coordinate services for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to case plans as needed
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and support
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and skills

**Skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in LMIA based work permits, provincial nomination (PNPs) and other federal programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Windows, Access, SharePoint, and other relevant software programs
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate case plans
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; Bilingual (Punjabi) is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
