Full Time Seasonal Turf Care Employee

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Operation of various types of turf equipment.
Assistance with daily course set up.
Horticulture and landscape maintenance.
Special projects including drainage and irrigation.
Bunker preparation and maintenance.
Desired abilities:
1) Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
2) Enjoy working outdoors and in a dynamic environment.
3) Excellent ability to communicate, and follow verbal and written instructions.
4) A team player with the ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people.
5) Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position including repetitive heavy lifting, shoveling, raking, walking, and many more other extensive labour tasks.
6) Able to work extended work weeks, including weekends, holidays and potentially in inclement weather conditions when necessary.
7) Knowledge of golf and the rules of golf is an asset.
8) Previous experience working on a golf course is an asset.
9) Valid driver’s license is an asset
10) Must be legally able to work in Canada.
11) Must have reliable transportation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
