Awadh Restaurant, a new Mughal cuisine restaurant opening in March, is seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our front-of-house team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, taking customer orders, and delivering food and drinks to tables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers upon arrival, provide menu recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring that orders are correct and presented in a timely manner
- Handle take-out orders, providing customers with accurate information and ensuring that orders are packaged correctly
- Manage cash transactions, ensuring that all tills are balanced and all funds are handled appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are reset and ready for new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations and ensure high standards are maintained

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or catering setting
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for customers
