Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Split duties between shipping and receiving functions
- Hours shall be 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Receive material from couriers and trucking companies.
- Ensure all material received is for Mold Maters and the piece count matches the delivery manifest
- Confirm physical check of material received to verify quantities/part numbers are correct
- Receive POs into SAP or non-PO items into the receiving log
- Forward material to the stockroom on a timely basis
- Process all RAs and forward material to the appropriate person/department
- Investigate receiving discrepancies working with the Purchasing department
- Assist with other receipts that may occur i.e maintenance
- Scan receiving backup documents into SAP
- File NAFTA certificates received with shipments in the NAFTA binder
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Received and processed systems/spare parts orders for same-day shipping. Process in SAP for shipping documentation
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to ensure timely delivery i.e. FCC forms, certificates of origin
- Receive daily inter-company consolidations within SAP
- Scan shipping backup documents into SAP
- Prepare shipping packages for shipping (affix shipping labels, waybills, B/L, invoices, etc)
- Ensure courier shipments match up with end-of-day manifests
- Follow up with various internal and external contacts to correct potential shipping issues
- Ensure compliance to Health and Safety program including Emergency response
- Any other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
- Computer literacy to perform duty effectively
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP software would be beneficial
- Experience with shipping/receiving processes
- Experience with material handling devices i.e walkie, forklift or willingness to be trained with walkie and forklift (at a minimum)
- Familiarity with shipping documents
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
