General Summary

Track shipments and keep our team and our customers updated as necessary. Support Customer Service Representatives with any overflowing tasks they may have.

Core Functions
- Track orders daily for our customers to ensure on time pickups and deliveries
- Build relationship with current and future customer and suppliers
- Responding to customer inquiries as related to services and general inquiries
- Communicate with receivers & shippers to accommodate flawless and timely deliveries and pickups
- Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, record details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service Experience
- Transportation Experience an asset
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Demonstrates ability for problem solving to determine solutions for customers
- Must be able to work both independently and within team environment
