Server and Bartender

We are looking for Servers that have worked in a fast environment preferred but willing to train
- Passion for amazing food and drinks, genuine hospitality, and friendly service.

- Positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Smart Serve Certification MUST BE OBTAINED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF HIRE

Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Greet customers, present menus and discuss deals of the day
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders in person and over the phone
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables and take out area clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all Health unit rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
