We are looking for Servers that have worked in a fast environment preferred but willing to train

  • Passion for amazing food and drinks, genuine hospitality, and friendly service.
  • Accountability for your actions and empowerment to make decisions that ensure every guest has a great experience every time.
  • Hardworking and a teamoriented attitude.
  • Positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Smart Serve Certification MUST BE OBTAINED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF HIRE
Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Greet customers, present menus and discuss deals of the day
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders in person and over the phone
  • Arrange table settings
  • Keep tables and take out area clean and tidy at all times
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to all Health unit rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
