**Program and Budget Associate Analyst**
- Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions?
- Do you have a sharp attention to details and numbers?
- If you answered yes to both questions, our Program and Budget Associate Analyst position could be a great fit for you. You will be reporting to our Manager of Program & Credit Sales Operations and will be responsible for conducting research, performing analytics, and making recommendations regarding sales, promotions, and budgets to enable better business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a series of promotion, sales, and budget analytics.
- Gather and reconcile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals, including corresponding journal entries.
- Maintain promotional setups, budgets, payments, and chargebacks.
- Research improvement recommendations to assist the team.
- Compile ad hoc reports and assist with various ad hoc projects.
- Train junior staff members and help with day-to-day tasks.

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post Secondary education required - 3+ Years experience may substitute for education requirement.
- 1+ Years related experience is required, Corporate Business Administration preferred.
- Intermediate analytical skills required to analyze data, discover variances and reconcile differences.
- Intermediate Technical Skills in MS Office, notably in Excel to create Picot Tables, Vlookups, and If-Statements.
- Intermediate Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills needed to meet project and monthly goals.
- Experience in Oracle is an asset.
