**Job description**

Our Ottawa family dental practice is looking for a friendly, patient-focused, _**DENTAL EXPERIENCED **_Recare Coordinator/Administrator to join our team of professionals.

**Some Duties include**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments from patients and provide receipts
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
