Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer this person will be tasked with processing all types of payments within the business. They will ensure the customer’s KYC documents are verified and any winnings are paid promptly. They also must be vigilant for fraud in new customer verifications and escalate when needed. They will monitor all customers’ deposits and withdrawals for fraud and unusual patterns in order to protect the business. **This is a night-shift based position from Wednesday to Sunday from 5PM to 1 AM.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review documents for new customer accounts according to company policies and regulations
- Review client transactions to detect and report unusual requested and/or completed transactions
- Process client transaction requests according to established policies and regulations
- Assist customer support with escalated requests relating to KYC and/or client transactions
- Practices discretion when exposed to and handling of highly sensitive and confidential personal and Company information.
- Remain flexible with scheduling and assignment of duties to support larger department goals and Company initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in KYC or fraud-based role
- Knowledge of payments processing cycles online
- Knowledge of casino products, such as video slots and sportsbook
- Familiarisation with various online payment methods and products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Scheduling flexibility is a must, including nights, weekends, holidays, and as needed to accommodate a smooth operation.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
