**The Role**
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is motivated to continuously learn and exhibits the pillars of our culture. Your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and place our value together with our partners will be critical to success.
In this role, you will be a part of the Environmental Consulting team, based in Weyburn and Southeast Saskatchewan and will have the ability to work with a great team.
Grounded in safety, this position will be responsible to collect detailed, reliable field data, working with intermediate and senior field staff, providing direction and supervision of contractors, and working with project management to address client’s needs. Demonstrated knowledge of the various provincial and federal environmental regulations and guidelines is an asset.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and associated reporting
- Assist with planning and conducting Phase II ESA’s including; drilling, soil sampling and groundwater monitoring
- Proficient with applicable field equipment and troubleshooting in the field
- Assist with the interpretation of analytical results
- Support design and execution of remedial and reclamation projects
- Coordinate and complete Detailed Site Assessment (DSA) requirements including landscaping and vegetation management
- Assist with the preparations of reports, work plans, and cost estimates
- Work in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with other service line requirements when required
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in science or land reclamation.
- Registration with a Saskatchewan professional association considered an asset.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical writing skills.
- Driven by obsession of excellence and deep sense of accountability.
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and independently.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong admiration of all things Swayze.
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
