Shawarma/sandwich Maker

As a Shawarma/Sandwich Maker, you'll be a culinary ambassador, crafting delicious and satisfying shawarma wraps, along with a variety of other Middle Eastern dishes, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You'll take pride in ensuring every order is prepared to perfection, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare authentic shawarma wraps, bowls, pies and platters with shaved meats, fresh vegetables, and house-made sauces according to recipes.
- Assemble a variety of other Middle Eastern dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Grill meats and vegetables to perfection.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year experience in Shawarma Making is a must.**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required.
- Experience preparing Middle Eastern cuisine, especially shawarma, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
