**Descriptions**:
WES is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and make a significant impact by implementing new eCommerce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and technologies. This initiative aims to enhance our marketing and sales capabilities, elevate customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of these new systems and technologies. This pivotal role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with marketing and sales professionals, developers, designers, and external vendors to seamlessly integrate these systems into our existing infrastructure. The Technical Project Manager must possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strong project management skills, and an in-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes.

**Duties included but not limited to**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for implementing new eCommerce and CRM systems (Salesforce), defining goals, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, workflows, and test plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising marketing and sales professionals, developers, designers, and external vendors.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular team meetings, providing guidance, support, and resolving any project-related issues or conflicts.
- Understand the technical requirements of eCommerce and CRM systems (Salesforce) and assess and recommend the most suitable solutions for WES.
- Collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to ensure smooth integration, data migration, and system compatibility.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and trends related to eCommerce and CRM systems.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
- A strong technical background and knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, web development, database management, and integration techniques - strong preference for Salesforce.
- Skills in project scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools helpful.
- A flexible mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills to identify project risks, assess requirements, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Effective time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in marketing and sales, with a focus on eCommerce and CRM implementation - Salesforce strong preferred.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and related technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in maintaining CRM integrity and quality of reporting.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and address data-related issues and propose solutions.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive CRM projects.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative CRM enhancements.
