As a key member of our Client Success team, Client Success Coordinator will advise and guide our partners through the implementation, launch and post-launch process to ensure client satisfaction and use our product strategically to grow their programs.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Connect and collaborate with Buyatab clients on a regular basis regarding program health and growth, which includes client and customer satisfaction.
- Report on program performance and analyze data to share with clients and form recommendations.
- Work with product team to report any recommended upgrades and work on special projects.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
- Play the role of the implementation manager throughout the client onboarding process to ensure milestones are set and met.

**You are someone who has**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Arts, or any related disciplines
- 2 years of experience in a customer or client facing role, including leading presentations and client meetings
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationships.
- A proactive approach to all types of tasks - you're eager to find new ways to solve problems and exceed expectations.
- Great communication skills in all mediums, ability to adapt depending on audience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail around data
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused during times of stress.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, but not required.
