Multi-location Diagnostic Imaging Center seeking a full-time IT-support, **preferabily someone with previous Diagnostic Imaging experience.**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for backup of critical servers
- Provide IT support services to all the clinics: support all users, systems and devices
- Deploy and maintain virtual hosts, (vSphere and Hyper-V) VMs and PCs
- Maintain the IT assets inventory
- Responsible for the procurement of software/hardware equipment
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow the infrastructure to support the organization's plans
- Ensure all modalities worklists are operating without downtime
- Manage and maintain company phone system
- Ensure systems and networks operate efficiently and are secured in accordance with regulations, policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Investigates identifies and prepares proposals to solve specific IT problems
- Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, FTP server, Fax server.
- Well understanding of Remote access & VPN
- Maintain a strong relationship with vendors
- Identifies present and future needs for PACS-related equipment installation
- Must be able to travel to all locations as needed

**Qualifications**
- **Degree / Diploma in a Computer and Technology related field an asset or equivalent**.
- **Project Management experience in IT and Health Care is an asset**.
- **Proven working experience as an IT Support or relevant experience**.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- Programming experience is an asset
