**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic objectives.
- Introduce best practices throughout the full-cycle recruitment and placement process.
- Foster an environment of accountability while facilitating cultural change.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to foster alignment and collaboration.
- Evaluate and manage compensation and group benefits.
- Collaborate with Health, Safety and Environmental team in developing and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Develop internal newsletters and other communications ensuring consistent and informative messaging.
- Take accountability for employee relations, performance management and professional development and succession planning initiatives.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build Driven to provide excellent customer service (internal/external) in a fast-paced environment and high-quality work.
- Solid understanding of current Employment Standards in AB and ON (all of Canada) and other relevant labour legislation.
- Proven ability to develop lasting and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources Designation.
- Post-Secondary Education and related industry work experience.
**Salary**: $115,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
