**Bennett McIntyre Mysicka LLP** is seeking to add a **Receptionist** to our team
We are a small general law practice located in Carleton Place in search of a Front Desk Receptionist to help with client intake and some basic accounting/accounts receivable work
**Job Summary**:
- Greeting/welcoming clients.
- Taking valid copies of client ID's in preparation for meetings
- Answering telephone inquiries with professionalism/transferring calls to the appropriate members.
- Scanning/forwarding/filing/organizing documents which are delivered
- Receipt and distribution of mail
- Ordering office supplies, and ensuring organization/set-up of incoming goods, going on supply runs.
- Preparing envelopes/receiving and delivering mail.
- Handling payment and invoicing.
- Regular bank runs.
**Job Requirements**:
- Prior Receptionist experience an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and motivated individual.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

- Carleton Place, ON K7C 0R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
